Plaster and drylining manufacturer, British Gypsum, has launched a new website. Found at www.british-gypsum.com, the new-look site has been re-designed for straightforward navigation, helping customers find the information they need quickly and easily.
One of the new features of the website is a handy product selector that helps users explore British Gypsum’s range of solutions. “When developing the site, our main focus was making product and service selection as straightforward as possible,” said Natalie Davenport, head of marketing communications at British Gypsum. “In our new product area for instance, visitors can now search and filter solutions by aspects such as performance requirement and type, as well as access technical information and datasheets more easily.
“Knowing many of our customers select products through recommendation, we’ve also made it easier for visitors to suggest solutions to their peers and colleagues,” added Natalie. The refreshed site now features integrated social media and bookmark buttons on each page so users can share and save information quickly.
A more informative training section and comprehensive technical advice area are also new additions to the website.
