We recently suffered a breakdown at one of our plants which produce Thistle plasters. Therefore delivery lead times to our Merchant and Distribution and Retail Outlet supply partners are affected. The problem has been fixed and we are back to full production, however the lead times remain extended whilst we catch up.
We are maximising any additional shifts in other plants, have increase the number of deliveries and arranged out of hours deliveries to help reduce the impact to customers. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience and again thank customers for their patience and support during this time. We can assure we are making every effort to resolve this situation as quickly as possible.
